Payment Options
For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If using a credit card, you will not be charged until your product(s) has been shipped. For non-credit card team orders please work with your account manager to establish payment type and terms.
Shipping Guidelines
Your order will be built and shipped based on the following schedule:
- Orders placed Monday - Friday by 4 PM CST will be shipped the same day
- Orders placed Monday - Friday after 4 PM CST will ship the next non-holiday business day
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next non-holiday business day (typically the following Monday)
NOTE: A "business day" is Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal or observed holidays.
Delivery Service Alerts
In the event that severe weather, a natural disaster, or some other uncontrollable event causes a delay of your expedited shipment, shipping refunds are not available.

Order Tracking
For your peace of mind, we make sure your package is never completely out of reach. Upon shipment of your order, we'll email you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.
Return Policy
You may return items purchased from us for any reason for a full refund** within sixty (60) days of purchase.
**Applicable return shipping fees may be deducted from your final refund total.

Incorrect Items
In the event that we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item we will gladly take the item back and either process a full refund or facilitate an exchange.
In the event that you inadvertently ordered the wrong item our standard refund policy applies.
Pre-Built Pill Packs
How many packs come in a box?
Each box contains 30 identical pill packs for 30 consecutive days of use.
How many pills are in each pack?
Please see the product description to determine the number and type of pills in each pre-built pack option.
Can I modify a pre-built pack?
While you can't make any changes to a pre-built pill pack, you can use our custom pill pack option to build a pill pack to your exact specifications.
How long will it take to get my packs shipped?
Your order will be built and shipped based on the following schedule:

Custom Pill Packs
How many packs come in a box?
Each box contains 30 identical pill packs for 30 consecutive days of use.
How many pills can I put in a pack?
Custom pill packs may be built with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 8 pills. You may choose any combination of pills from our catalog when designing your custom pill pack.
How much does it cost?
Because there are thousands of possible combinations for you to choose from when building your custom pill packs, there is no set price. As you use our onlie pack builder to create your perfect pack you'll see the price adjust with each item you add or remove. Note that when you add an item the price displayed is for 30-days worth of that item in each of the 30 packs that will be sent in your box.

Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?
The minimum order requirement is just one box. Because each box contains 30 pill packs, this single box order is a 1-month supply of your custom pill packs.
